Travel arrangements are your own responsibility and at your own cost. We are not liable for any consequences arising from delays, cancellations, or irregularities with travel companies or documentation required for travel.

Travel insurance is not optional — it is a condition of booking. Your policy will ideally cover the full cost of your retreat investment for your own benefit, as well as the essential medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your policy is in place before your booking is confirmed. Samjhana Moon cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from failure to hold adequate insurance cover.

This retreat is open to women of all ages, and we want every participant to feel safe, supported, and able to fully engage with what's offered. Activities include movement, dance, hiking, and wild swimming. Hiking is easy to moderate, though participants do need to be moderately physically fit to take part. Please be aware this retreat may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have serious physical or medical conditions.

If you've experienced any serious physical or emotional illness within the last five years, or are currently under medical or psychiatric supervision, please let us know at the time of booking. If you're unsure whether this retreat is right for you, we warmly invite you to get in touch before booking so we can talk it through together.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for the full duration of your retreat.

All dietary requirements, food allergies, and intolerances must be declared in your pre-retreat questionnaire. This information is essential for your safety and comfort, and allows us to prepare thoughtfully for your arrival. Requirements declared after this point cannot always be accommodated.

The ceremonies and rituals are tools for self-discovery adapted from ancient feminine wisdom traditions. They're designed to help you connect more deeply with your own truth, not to replace or contradict your existing beliefs. We explore nature-based practices, sacred symbolism, chakras, and feminine energy as frameworks for self-understanding, not religious doctrines.

Women from diverse spiritual backgrounds have attended this retreat—some are Christian, some practice other faiths, and some don't identify with any particular religion. What unites them is a desire to come home to themselves and step more fully into their authentic power.

You're invited to take what resonates and leave what doesn't. The goal here is liberation, not conversion. You remain sovereign over your own beliefs, your own path, and your own truth.

Payment plans must be paid in full no later than two working days before check-in. Failure to complete all payments within the agreed timeframe will result in automatic unenrolment from the retreat, and cancellation fees will apply.

If you need to cancel your place on the retreat, the following terms apply:

Cancel within 7 days of booking — full refund.

Cancel 60–80 days before check-in — 50% refund, with the remaining 50% held as credit towards a future retreat or Samjhana Moon product.

Cancel 30–59 days before check-in — no refund, but your investment may be transferred to another Samjhana Moon product or deferred to a future retreat date.

Cancel 0–29 days before check-in — no refund and no transfer. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Samjhana Moon will not be held liable for any illness, injuries, or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained, or are aggravated during or after your time on retreat.

Samjhana Moon will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, pandemics, technical problems with transport, illness of participants or close relatives, acts of God, or any other events beyond our control or unforeseen circumstances. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of personal property, or disruption of programme due to circumstances beyond our control.

Guests are personally liable for any damage caused to the retreat centre or its property during their stay. We kindly ask that all spaces are treated with the same care and respect you would wish for your own home.

Whilst every effort will be made to honour all ceremonies, sacred site visits, and experiences as described, Samjhana Moon cannot be held responsible for any activities that cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. That said, I will always do my very best to meet the spirit and fullness of everything promised.

Soul Alchemy Photography is woven into the heart of this retreat. By booking, you consent to photographs taken during group sessions and shared experiences being used to promote future retreats and services. Your images will never be sold to a third party under any circumstances.

Portraits taken during your personal one-to-one photography session are yours to use freely and without restriction — consider them a gift, royalty-free and wholly your own.

We will always seek your explicit permission before adding any of your images to our galleries or portfolios.

This is a sober retreat. Out of respect for the sacred container we create together, alcohol and recreational substances are not permitted at any time during the retreat. This applies to all shared spaces and the full duration of your stay.

What is shared within the retreat container stays within it. All participants are asked to honour the privacy and stories of every woman present. Nothing shared in circle, ceremony, or conversation should be discussed, repeated, or disclosed outside the group without the explicit consent of the person who shared it.

All written materials, frameworks, and content shared during the retreat remain the intellectual property of Samjhana Moon and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
