Many women arrive with anxiety about being in front of the camera. Samjhana has photographed over 600 women and knows how to guide you though this with somatic practices, patience and play.

I can tell you it was not only a big part of the soul embodiment of really falling in love with myself, but the photos were beautiful and magical and I can look at them with love and no criticism at all. I’m here to support you every step of the way. As a trauma informed certified embodiment coach I’ll be able to hold you through what comes up. This retreat is an opportunity to learn to trust your body wisdom, explore your boundaries and go beyond limitations that feel safe. My role is to help you move through some comfort zones so you can recognise your true power but this will always be with your consent. I respect your boundaries and intuitively know when to give you space and when to step in with support.

Because this is a one-to-one retreat we will choose dates to suit your schedule and to work around your period (if you menstruate) and/or the moon cycle. Retreats run in May through October.
