The Mystic Rose Retreat runs from June 18–24, 2026, opening on the gateway of the Summer Solstice — a potent time to gather, to ceremony, and to be transformed.

After the retreat closes, I'd highly recommend staying on in the area for a few extra days if you're able to. The valley has a way of continuing to work on you, and giving yourself time to ground and integrate before re-entering your everyday life is a gift worth giving yourself. Recommendations for where to stay will be included in your welcome pack.

From June 26–29, I'll be available for private one-to-one sessions for those who'd like to go deeper or simply linger a little longer in the magic. These sessions include:

For me, sacred sites are far more than ancient ruins or man-made monuments. They're energetic portals — places where the elements converge in such extraordinary ways that the land itself becomes a living altar. Thermal waters rising from deep in the earth, rivers where salt and sweet waters spiral together, prehistoric stone seats in the heart of enchanted woodland. This valley has been calling spiritual seekers for millennia, and once you're in it, you'll understand why.

Not every site will be part of a ceremony — some are woven into our solstice walk, or simply experienced as we move through the land with awareness together. Each one has its own medicine, and this valley has a way of giving you exactly what you need.

Food on this retreat is its own kind of nourishment. All meals are vegetarian, freshly prepared by our private chef Jo using locally sourced, organic-where-possible ingredients — the kind of cooking that tastes like someone made it with love, because he did.

Three meals a day are included, with the exception of two meals you'll enjoy independently: a leisurely morning at the local artisan market, and lunch at the restaurant in Rennes-le-Château. Many of our lunches will be picnic-style, eaten at beautiful locations out in the landscape, which honestly might be the best way to eat anything.

Vegan options are available, and special dietary requirements are fully catered for — just let us know when you book in the questionnaire.

I offer a personal transformation experience rooted in connecting with yourself, nature, and your own inner wisdom. There are no belief systems you're required to adopt, no doctrine to follow, and no group ideology.

Somatic ceremony is the heart of everything we do together. I open an energetic field where your felt senses and intentions guide the transformation — working through the energy centres of your body with anointing oils, rose petals, and prayer, so that each centre can blossom and recode any distortions you may be carrying around love, freedom, abundance, and joy. Blocks held in the energetic system and the subconscious begin to release as the body remembers its original frequency. I'll guide you with movement, breath, sound, touch, active silence, and other energy medicine to help you move through these with ease. The experience is often blissful. There are often gentle tears. All of your emotions are welcomed as you move through these veils of self to reveal your Sovereign heart.

The ceremonies and rituals themselves are pathways and rites of passage for self-discovery, channelled by me in deep connection with the waters and lands of this valley, and adapted from ancient feminine wisdom traditions. They're designed to help you connect more deeply with your own truth — not to replace or contradict your existing beliefs. We explore nature-based practices, sacred symbolism, energy centres, and feminine energy as frameworks for self-understanding, not as religious doctrine.

We may also call in support from the archetypes and ascended masters I work closely with: Mary Magdalene, Isis, Quan Yin, Mother Mary, Lady Nada, and Yeshua. Their presence is an invitation, never an imposition.

Good — that means it's working. These ceremonies are designed to move something in you, and emotion is welcome here. Women who've experienced these same initiations one-to-one have often reflected on how the process feels less like being pulled down into shadow, and more like a remembering, an awakening, an ascension into higher frequencies. The releases that happen here tend to be liberating rather than destabilising.

I hold space with presence and care for the whole group, and the group itself is a powerful container — there's something that happens when women gather in ceremony together that no one-to-one experience can quite replicate. What I'm not able to offer is extended one-to-one coaching or personal processing sessions during our time together, so it's worth knowing that coming in.

Integration time is woven into each day, and you'll have space to breathe, journal, and settle between experiences. And of course, I'm a trauma informed certified embodiment coach, rose alchemist and ceremonialist — not a therapist or licensed mental health professional. This is a transformational retreat, and it asks something of you in return: that you arrive both physically and emotionally well, and ready to take responsibility for your own journey as it unfolds.

Your photography session takes place at Fontaine des Amours, one of the most beautiful locations in the valley — a rare inland salt river pool surrounded by nature at its most alive, and in June, it's absolutely breathtaking.

We spend the afternoon together as a group, and each woman has around 20 minutes of dedicated one-to-one time with me and the camera in her own chosen space. There'll also be some relaxed group photos woven in naturally throughout the morning. It's unhurried, playful, and held within the energy of everything we've already created together on retreat — which means by the time the lens finds you, you'll likely surprise yourself.

Five beautifully edited images are included in your package, delivered after the retreat. If you fall in love with more of your photos (and most women do), additional images can be purchased afterwards.

You're not alone in this — most women arrive feeling exactly the same way, and it's one of the reasons the photography session is woven into the retreat rather than bolted on. By the time we reach our session together, you'll have already spent days immersed in ceremony, in the land, and in the company of your sisters. Something shifts in a woman when she's been held like that.

Our photography session is a group experience at a beautiful outdoor location, where each woman takes a short, intimate turn with me and the camera in her own chosen space. There's no pressure, no posing, and no performance — just you, the light, and a little magic.

Elaine came on the Sovereign Rose solo retreat with the same fear: "The photography element made me fearful, I'm not comfortable having my photo taken. The photos were beautiful and magical and I can look at them with love and no criticism at all. I went beyond all the fear."

Over 700 women have stood where you're standing now. They all came home with photos they love.

The sulphur level here is very mild and there's no unpleasant smell — the waters are beautifully clear and alive with minerals to nourish your body. The thermal waterfall averages a blissful 32°C (90°F), warm enough to feel deeply relaxing without being overwhelming.

Nudity isn't required, but it is welcome if you feel called to it. Some visitors to this area are comfortable bathing naked in the waters, and that freedom is honoured here. You'll never be pressured either way — wear what feels right for you.

Absolutely — integration is built into the bones of this retreat, not an afterthought. Each day includes a spacious two-hour lunch break, time between the afternoon session and dinner to rest and reflect, and three of our six evenings have no activities planned at all. Morning Chi Gong sessions are offered daily and are optional but warmly recommended as a beautiful way to begin each day.

I'd absolutely recommend it if you're able to. Giving yourself a few extra days in the valley to integrate, explore, or simply exhale before returning to everyday life is a gift. I'll include recommendations for alternative accommodation in your welcome pack, and if you'd like to arrange additional private sessions or sacred site visits during that time, details are in the What are the dates? section above.

You'll have moments of my direct attention during each ceremony and during your photography session, though others will always be present. This is a group container, and it doesn't have space for deeper one-to-one coaching — that's simply not what it's designed for, and I want to be honest about that.

To walk as a Sovereign Rose Priestess is to commit to the path of the rose — the way of the heart. The rose herself leads the way. She naturally opens the heart through her beauty and her sacred geometry — the five-petalled form that mirrors the dance of Venus around the earth, an expression of the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence from which all life grows. Each colour ray carries a different healing frequency, working to recode the distortions that keep us from standing in our true light, and reconnecting us with the elemental, source-connected beings we’ve always been.

Sovereignty is knowing you always have a choice. That you can turn inward, find your true centre, and connect with the divine light that knows how to create miracles — and that when you do, the external world shifts in response. The maps change. Mary Magdalene — devoted companion of Jesus and witness to his resurrection — is honoured in many spiritual traditions as a symbol of wisdom, devotion, and the sacred feminine. The Cathars were a medieval Christian movement that flourished in southern France, centred on inner purity and a direct, personal relationship with the divine. There's a beautiful thread connecting them both: hidden spiritual insight, reverence for inner transformation, and a quiet challenge to established religious authority.

These energies provide a gentle undercurrent for this retreat, but they are not its focus. I won't be teaching the history or doctrine of either tradition. What I'm offering is an invitation to come to these lands, to feel what they hold, and to find your own truth within them.

The majority of our ceremonies take place in public natural spaces, so I can't guarantee complete privacy — but in my experience, we're almost always granted it anyway. There's something about the frequency of this work that tends to create its own sacred bubble. It's also very common to see people honouring nature in this region, so what we're doing won't feel out of place. You'll be completely held by the group energy, by me, and by the land itself. Eric (our site manager and Chi Gong Master) may join us at certain moments to offer additional support where I feel it's helpful, though he isn't part of our Rose Ceremonies.

Yes — we have exclusive access throughout our time together. Eric, the site manager, will be quietly holding space in the background. He's an energy master and wise elder who'll be offering optional morning Chi Gong sessions and driving us to our locations. You won't feel his presence as intrusive — more like a steady, grounded force holding the container alongside me.
